- Appointment Data: Selected salon, requested service, preferred appointment date, time slot, and any special grooming preferences.
- Communications & Feedback: Ratings, reviews, customer support messages, and survey responses.
B. Information Provided by Salon Partners
- Business Identity: Salon name, business registration/trade certificate (where applicable), full physical address, landmark, and GPS location.
- Owner/Staff Profile: Owner name, phone number, authorized business email, staff member profiles, and service specialties.
- Service Catalog: Service names, descriptions, durations, estimated rate cards, and salon showcase photographs.
- Subscription Invoicing: B2B billing details, GSTIN, and payment identifiers for SaaS platform subscriptions paid to BookMySaloonWala.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Data
- Device model, operating system version, browser type, IP address, device tokens for push notifications, and crash analytics logs.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We share information strictly in the following scenarios:
- With the Selected Salon Partner: When you schedule a booking, your name, contact number, and appointment choices are shared directly with the chosen salon for fulfillment.
- With Cloud & Communication Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud database hosts (Google Cloud Platform / Firebase) and transactional communication gateways (SMS/WhatsApp providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Statutory Authorities: Where disclosure is legally mandated by Indian law, judicial decree, or law enforcement investigations.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational purposes and comply with statutory legal, tax, and audit obligations (typically up to 36 months for historical booking metadata).
