📌 Scope of this Agreement
These terms apply exclusively to B2B software subscriptions paid by Salon Partners to BookMySaloonWala for access to our digital management suite, revenue analytics, staff attendance tools, and premium marketplace discovery. They do NOT apply to customer service payments.
1. Subscription Plans & Billing Cycle
Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%), which will be reflected on electronic GST tax invoices issued by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME].
2. Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the salon owner prior to the renewal date via the Salon Dashboard. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Platform Fee Refunds
Subscription fees paid to BookMySaloonWala are non-refundable once software access has been provisioned. Pro-rata service credits or refunds are issued solely in the event of continuous verified platform outages exceeding 7 business days attributable to BookMySaloonWala's infrastructure.
