1. Partner Onboarding & Business Verification
By registering a salon on BookMySalonWala, you represent that you are the legal owner or authorized manager of a licensed commercial grooming/beauty establishment in India. You agree to provide true business names, physical shop addresses, valid contact numbers, and operational licenses (e.g. Shop & Establishment Act registration where applicable).
💼 Salon Commercial & Invoicing Responsibility
The Salon Partner is strictly responsible for:
- Collecting all service payments directly from Customers at the salon counter or through salon direct UPI.
- Providing their own valid UPI QR codes, point-of-sale machines, or cash billing mechanisms.
- Calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and issuing compliant retail tax invoices to Customers.
2. Service Catalog, Pricing & Slot Management
- Accurate Rates: The Salon Partner covenants not to publish deceptive pricing on the Platform with the intention of forcing higher counter charges.
- Honoring Appointments: Salons must make all reasonable commercial efforts to honor confirmed customer appointments punctually with high hygiene and professional standards.
- Customer Data Confidentiality: Customer contact details (Name and Phone Number) provided for booking fulfillment must NEVER be sold, shared, spammed, or used for unauthorized external marketing.
3. Suspension & Delisting
BookMySalonWala reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delist any salon for safety violations, severe hygiene lapses, abusive staff conduct, misleading profile information, privacy violations, or persistent customer complaints.
