1. Appointment Request & Facilitation
When you select a salon, service, date, and time slot on BookMySaloonWala, your submission represents an appointment scheduling facilitation request. BookMySaloonWala transmits your details directly to the chosen salon for slot reservation.
Guest Booking: You are not required to create a permanent account to book. Providing your full name and valid 10-digit mobile number is sufficient for slot reservation and confirmation dispatch.
💵 Direct Payment at Salon Premises
Bookings made on BookMySaloonWala do not require advance payments to the Platform. You pay the salon directly at the salon counter upon completion of your appointment via Cash, direct Salon UPI, or Card.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Punctuality
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your confirmed slot.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled slot, the salon reserves the right to adjust service duration or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
- Service Pricing: Listed prices on the platform are baseline estimates provided by the salon. Any additional treatments, custom cuts, or premium cosmetic products requested at the venue will be priced as per the salon's in-house menu.
- Allergies & Health Disclosures: Please inform your stylist of any scalp sensitivities, skin allergies, or medical conditions before commencing treatments.
3. Cancellations & Fair Usage
You may cancel an appointment free of charge at any time via the “My Bookings” section or by contacting the salon directly. Repeated deliberate no-shows (booking slots without attending or cancelling) may result in temporary restriction of online booking privileges for that mobile number.
