Reviews and star ratings can only be submitted by Customers who have scheduled an appointment with the respective salon through the Platform. This ensures that all published testimonials represent genuine consumer experiences.
2. Prohibited Review Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal:
- Abuse & Profanity: Obscene, harassing, defamatory, or threatening language.
- Private Information: Personal phone numbers, home addresses, or private details of salon staff.
- Commercial Spam: Promotional links, discount codes, or advertising for external businesses.
- Fake & Manipulated Reviews: Paid reviews, self-reviews by salon owners, or malicious reviews generated by competitors.
3. Salon Partner Response & Moderation
Salon Partners have the right to post a polite, public response to customer reviews via their dashboard. Salons may flag suspicious reviews for manual inspection by our moderation team at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
